Dr. Huyen Nguyen completed her pediatric residency training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and her pediatric gastroenterology fellowship training at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. She is board certified in both pediatrics and pediatric gastroenterology. Dr. Nguyen returned to Houston after completing fellowship in 2018 and has been focusing on providing high quality care for patients with various gastrointestinal disorders. She is dedicated to making a positive impact in her patients’ lives. Dr. Nguyen is married with one daughter and one son. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Yen Pham has been a resident of Houston, TX for over 20 years.  She completed her medical school, residency and fellowship training in pediatric gastroenterology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston in 2013.  She then completed additional fellowship training in advance and transplant hepatology at the University of California San Francisco.  Dr. Pham is board certified in pediatrics, pediatric gastroenterology, and hepatology.  Upon her return to Houston, she joined the team at Texas Children's Hospital, and provided care for children with gastrointestinal and liver disorders from 2015 to 2022 before leaving to start up Gastro Kids.  Aside from her clinical passion, she enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with her family.  She has two daughters who love to play sports and draw.  Dr. Pham has made it her life mission to provide exceptional care to her patients and their families.
